Nok Kiu Tse is a Hong Kong composer and flutist. She graduated from the Chinese University. Nok Kiu Tse is a Hong Kong composer and flutist. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she studied composition with Prof. Wai Kwong Chan, Prof. Wendy Wan-Ki Lee, and Dr. Hau Man Lo. She also studies the flute under the tutelage of Ms. Izaskun Erdocia Uranga, Mr. Olivier Nowak, and Ms. Ivy Chuang. She is pursuing a master degree in composition at the University of North Texas, where she studies composition with Dr. Sungji Hong and Dr. Andrew May; flute with Dr. Elizabeth McNutt and Dr. James Scott.
Tse wrote music in a diverse styles, often demonstrating her imagination and philosophical thoughts on humanity. She is currently exploring the cultural expression in music. Interested in collaboration, Tse is active in multi-media art productions, including those with sculptors, poets, videographers, filmmakers, and actors.
